Job summary

Arch Recovery Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for the night shift at our Mount Clare, West Virginia outpatient center. The role involves direct patient care under licensed therapists, helping with behavioral interventions and skill-building, and supporting treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred), experience in behavioral health, and a BHT certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a behavioral health setting; BHT certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients under supervision of licensed therapists, focusing on behavioral interventions, skill-building and support.
• Assist patients in developing personal goals and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor behavioral plans and skill-building activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with policies and standards.
