Job summary

Community Health Systems at Moberly Regional Medical Center in Missouri seeks a Behavioral Health Tech-CNA to provide direct patient care in a behavioral health setting. You’ll implement treatment plans, monitor behavior, and support a safe, therapeutic environment under licensed professionals.

The role requires 0-2 years in behavioral health, de-escalation skills, and CBHT certification preferred with BCLS due within 30 days. Night shifts rotate weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• Experience with patients having psychiatric disorders or substance use preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with daily activities.
• Monitor patient behavior and respond to crises per protocol.
• Assist with treatment plans and safety interventions.
• Document observations and report to the care team.
• Educate patients on coping strategies and daily living skills.
