Qualifications

• BSN required; supervisory experience in nursing preferred.
• Three or more years of nursing experience required.
• One or more years in behavioral health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and interpret policies for patient care delivery.
• Ensure proper staffing and patient care needs/acuity coverage.
• Maintain accurate nursing assessments, MARs, and documentation.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and rounds; role model patient service.
