A fast-paced 30-bed unit supports comprehensive, compassionate care. Requirements include an RN license (state or compact) and BLS, with education from an accredited nursing program (AD/Nursing Diploma/BSN).

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN licensure required in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across age groups (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort.
• Educate patients about procedures, medications, and discharge expectations.
