Job summary

The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place is seeking a Mental Health Registered Nurse for night shift to provide nursing care and supervise LPNs, CNAs and other staff on the unit.

You will develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, assess patients, document thoroughly, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate treatment in a psychiatric setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and an active RN license.
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric settings preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care, assess patients, and educate patients and families.
• Administer medications with accuracy and monitor for changes in status.
• Document thoroughly and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
