Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Arizona.
• BLS and CPI certifications per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and monitor patient safety.
• Provide direct patient care and respond to emergencies with effective crisis management.
• Administer medications with adherence to the seven medication rights.
• Lead shift operations and handoffs, ensuring unit safety and documentation.
