Job summary

ND Paper is seeking a Bander to band, bundle, and stack finished corrugated product on the Converting floor. You will work closely with the machine operator to maintain flow and ensure loads meet customer specs.

The role requires basic math, the ability to read work orders, and reliable attendance. Prior production experience is a plus, and bilingual in Mandarin is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders/ tickets.
• Basic math and counting for bundle counts.

Responsibilities

• Band, bundle, and stack finished corrugated product per work order.
• Operate banding equipment and load materials.
• Inspect bundles for quality defects and note issues.
• Label bundles and stage on pallets for forklift handling.
• Maintain accurate counts and assist with changeovers when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and complete shift paperwork.
