Pro Services Workforce Solutions is hiring a maintenance mechanic for a high‑speed bakery in Plymouth, MI. The role focuses on protecting uptime, troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC systems, and performing preventive maintenance on ovens, conveyors, baggers, and related equipment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in heavy industrial or bakery settings, solid conveyor know-how, three‑phase motor work, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

4+ years of maintenance mechanic experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, or bakery settings.
Strong conveyor system know-how, from alignment to complex troubleshooting.
Three-phase motor work experience.
Comfort with fast-moving environment and reliability as a teammate.
Bonus: food/bakery exposure; PLC/HMI troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Protect uptime through disciplined PMs on ovens, conveyors, baggers, tyers, coolers, sifters, mixers and proof boxes.
Own troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC-controlled systems.
Identify root causes, replace worn parts and implement durable fixes.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with production, sanitation, engineering and maintenance pros.
