Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-powered machinery and consistently produce high-quality products for customers.
• Package products, mix ingredients, and move/stack materials used in production.
• Inspect products and reject those not meeting specifications; address issues to prevent waste.
• Complete company-approved training and audits as required.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and quality standards.
