As a baker, you’ll follow Crumbl recipes, prep ingredients, bake cookies, decorate, and interact with guests, while maintaining clean workstations and ensuring food safety. Flexible scheduling includes evening and weekend availability; Sundays closed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
• Attention to detail in ingredients and finished goods inspections.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Willingness to work independently or with team to fulfill orders.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow Crumbl recipes to bake cookies.
• Measure ingredients and mix using bakery equipment to make cookies.
• Decorate and display finished products.
• Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished goods.
• Greet customers, answer questions, take orders and provide excellent service.
• Keep records related to deliveries, inventory and production levels.
• Clean and restock workstation and sanitize equipment for next shift.
