As a baker, you will greet customers, answer questions, help with orders, and comply with food-safety standards. Previous baking experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking and food safety practices.
• Read and understand Crumbl recipes.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
• Be at least 16 years of age and flexible on schedule.
• Able to work independently or with a team to meet orders.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Crumbl recipes.
• Measure and mix ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to bake cookies.
• Decorate and display the finished product.
• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure quality and safety.
• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, take orders and payments, and provide exceptional service.
• Keep records related to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Clean and restock the workstation and sanitize equipment for the next shift.
