Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking a nightshift installer to assemble products to specification, traveling between stores to deliver top-tier customer service and quality installations.

The role requires installing, configuring and testing video monitors and related hardware, with on-site troubleshooting and complete documentation for each location. You will communicate progress to management, follow safety procedures, and work the night shift (9:00 PM start) with weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware preferred not a deal breaker.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Assemble the product to National Assemblers's specifications.
• Build a strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product.
• Install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware per site specifications and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos for each location.
• Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads.
• Follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite.
