Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Maintenance Associate for Grant Park, IL, with a strong electrical background to support automation and thermoforming equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production lines, ensuring safety and efficiency on a nightly shift.

This role offers a starting pay range of $31.62 to $39.63 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with 11:00PM-7:00AM Monday-Thursday schedule and opportunities for growth, training, and 5S/quality initiatives within a leading

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; preferred associate degree.
• 2+ years technician experience within Plastics industry.
• Own tools and be able to use them safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair all thermoforming and support equipment.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly PM’s on all thermoforming equipment.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs; PLC/Allen Bradley preferred.
• Operate and maintain automation/production equipment.
• Maintain 5S program and ensure safety compliance.
