The role focuses on operating and monitoring automated production machinery, loading materials, starting and stopping equipment, and ensuring product quality.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or machine-operating experience, basic mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Comfortable with automated equipment and technology.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable standing for long shifts and performing repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production machinery.
• Load materials and components into machines to keep production running.
• Start, stop, and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and identify equipment issues.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines.
• Keep track of production output and report defects or machine concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
