Kelly Services is seeking an Electronics Production Assembler in Middletown, PA for a third-shift role. You will assemble electrical components using diagrams and hand tools, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.

The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing or assembly experience, can read blueprints, and works well in a fast-paced environment. This position offers weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous hands-on assembly experience preferred.
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable assembling small parts and using basic hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality.
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to consistently work the scheduled overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electrical components with accuracy and precision.
• Follow visual instructions, diagrams, and blueprints to complete assembly tasks.
• Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and cutters.
• Measure, position, and secure components according to specifications.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
