Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related field, basic knowledge of GLP, laboratory safety, and prior lab experience. No visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of analytical testing, instrumentation, good laboratory practices (GLP) and laboratory safety.
• Previous experience in a laboratory environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples from production areas according to established schedules and procedures.
• Perform routine laboratory analyses on incoming goods, in-process samples, allergens, and finished products.
• Proficient in carrying out analyses according to standard procedures and Nestlé methods.
• Support integration of new analytical methods, instruments and technologies.
• Manage chemical inventory, preparation of reagents and standards, and proper disposal.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Prepare and manage samples for external analysis.
• Provide flexible support to all laboratory areas during peak workload or staffing gaps.
