Lever, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Austintown, OH to support daily store operations, lead teams, and ensure projects run smoothly. This role requires travel within the local pod and broader region, with weekend and holiday availability.

You will work under the Store Manager to deliver exceptional execution and customer experiences. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and promote safety and organization across the store.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
• Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards.
