Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in assembly preferred.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble connector materials in compliance with quality standards.
• Safely operate tools and equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Meet customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Participate in safety, quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
• Cross-train in other assembly areas as needed.
