Job summary

TTI Group is hiring an Assembly Operator for Thursday-Saturday nights in Brookfield, Wisconsin. You will assemble parts until the final product is complete, while ensuring quality through established SOPs.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have moderate proficiency in English.
• Standing for long periods is required.
• Ability to read and understand SOP in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts in assigned area until final product is complete.
• Follow SOP at each designated station within an Assembly cell.
• Quality-check each piece produced against aesthetic standards.
• Keep designated station full of needed parts for job assigned.
• Learn job duties at multiple stations within assigned cell.
• Maintain a clean work area as expected.
• Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Skills
