Post Glover Resistors in Erlanger, KY, is seeking a night-shift Assembler to build electrical resistors by hand. You’ll connect wires, mount components into metal enclosures, and follow engineering drawings to meet quality standards.

No electrical experience required; we’ll teach you the rest. This full-time, floor-based role reports to the Small Assembly Supervisor and offers a starting pay of $20.50/hour plus $1.50 shift premium, with a $0.50 raise after 90 days, plus benefits and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• No prior electrical experience required; comfortable with hand tools and following instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Willingness to learn and operate tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical resistors by connecting wires, ceramic parts, and metal components following work instructions and engineering drawings
• Mount and secure resistor parts into fabricated metal boxes and enclosures using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Inspect your own work throughout the process and verify measurements and connections against quality standards
• Rework or repair units that don't meet spec when assigned
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
• Complete production paperwork and time tracking accurately for each job
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times on the floor
