Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler for CamShelving on the third shift to assemble, package and inspect components, ensuring products meet quality criteria. You will read schedules, write tickets and labels, and verify UPC codes while maintaining accurate production data.

Responsibilities include sanding, polishing, assembly and packing, inspecting for defects, and performing necessary rework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or up to six months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be a good team player, self-motivated and adaptable, able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards in handling, packaging and finishing of products.
• Follow safety policies, procedures and department instructions.
• Perform sanding, polishing, assembly and packing tasks as assigned.
• Read schedules, write tickets and labels, verify UPC, and maintain production data.
• Inspect products for defects and perform rework to meet quality criteria.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and safe work practices.
