Night shift differential

Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex issues.
• Accurate and legible handwriting for paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate Aseptic Filling Machines and related equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the work area for shift handovers.
• Assist with routine maintenance and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Relieve peers for breaks and cover vacant positions as needed.
• Perform quality checks (weight, sterility, packaging) to ensure standards.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate equipment issues.
• Document area paperwork legibly as required by FDA.
• Monitor efficiencies, yields, and scrap to improve productivity.
