Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. in Blaine, MN, is seeking a Line Operator I to oversee the anodize line, perform start-up and shut-down tasks, monitor part quality, and maintain safe production conditions on the floor.

You will follow safety procedures, complete Nadcap paperwork, log activities, and communicate with teammates. A high school diploma is required, and candidates must be US citizens or hold a green card. Shift is Monday through Thursday, 2:00pm to 12:30am.

Qualifications

• Safety, quality, and attendance are emphasized as essential metrics.
• General safety, quality control, and Nadcap paperwork familiarity.
• Ability to read and follow processes, procedures, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards are met or exceeded.
• Continuously monitor anodizing process for part quality.
• Start-up/shut down of anodize lines using checklists.
• Communicate operating conditions and issues to other line operators.
• Operate hoist and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain line cleanliness and proper equipment storage.
• Complete required line logs and Nadcap documentation.
• Keep LMS trainings up to date and maintain required certifications.
