Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. is seeking a Line Operator I to produce high-quality anodize finishes while meeting production goals. You will participate in line maintenance and continuous improvement.

The role requires operating the anodize line, following safety procedures, and maintaining detailed records on the production line. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and demonstrates dependability, teamwork, and the ability to work 2:00pm to 12:30am, Monday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• General knowledge of anodize terminology.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality at each step of the anodizing process.
• Start-up and shut down of anodize lines using checklists.
• Communicate operating conditions and issues between shifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe line and proper PPE.
• Complete line logs and Nadcap paperwork as required.
• Attend LMS training and keep certifications up to date.
• Operate tanks, manage line maintenance and report needs to supervisor.
