Job summary

Kleen Test Products in Port Washington, WI seeks an Analytical Lab Chemist for 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM, M-F). The role focuses on accurate chemical analysis to support production and requires GMP lab experience.

Responsibilities include performing routine and specialized tests using GC, HPLC, UV/Vis, FTIR; documenting results per SOPs; and maintaining lab safety and equipment. Some weekend hours may be required during spikes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of GMP laboratory experience.
• College degree in Chemistry or related science.
• Knowledge of basic chemistry techniques and analytical testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot laboratory instruments and perform routine maintenance.
• Willingness to work overtime and some weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical chemical testing on materials and products.
• Support development projects and method troubleshooting.
• Document results according to SOPs and review others' work.
• Operate GC, HPLC, UV/Vis, FTIR and other instruments.
• Assist with cleaning validations and engineering trials.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the lab.
• Communicate findings with management and team.
