Job summary

Intel Corporation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Module Equipment Technician for a night shift on a compressed work week. You will support the Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) in a cleanroom environment, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure uptime.

Key responsibilities include disassembly/assembly, calibration, data collection, and collaboration with engineering during factory ramps.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of experience.
• 1+ years in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• 1+ years dismantling, repairing and assembling equipment.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) and standard web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in production equipment.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and install equipment per blueprints and manuals.
• Setup, calibrate and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance data to improve reliability and address module-related issues.
• Create reports on equipment failures and update specifications for better maintenance.
• Support engineering teams with experiments, configuration changes and data collection.
• Collaborate with module engineering during factory ramps to ensure tool installation and conversion per design.
