Qualifikationen

• One year of experience in Building or Mechanical maintenance is required.
• Specialized training beyond high school level may be required.
• Must have a valid Texas drivers license and comply with City policy; CDL may be required.

Aufgaben

• Installs mechanical equipment and components.
• Repairs, refurbishes, and maintains pumps and miscellaneous rotating equipment.
• Operates vehicles and specialized equipment in support of restroom and facility maintenance across airport facilities.
• Repairs and maintains equipment and parts; practices equipment and parts conservation.
• Performs painting, AC repairs, carpentry, carpet, plumbing, concrete and roofing as general maintenance.
• Rehabilitates and monitors equipment, facilities, and systems (elevators, escalators, automatic doors, etc.).
• Provides preventive maintenance to equipment, buildings, facilities, and systems.
• May lead and train lower-level personnel.
