Job summary

Sonaca North America in Washington, MO is seeking a Quality Inspector for night shift to perform inspection of assembled parts and ensure compliance with the Sonaca North America Quality System. You will read customer instructions, blueprints, and drawings, document results, and support problem-solving teams.

This role requires a high school diploma, ability to read English, attention to detail, and good communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; pre-employment assessment may be used.
• Ability to read and comprehend American English.
• Ability to read and interpret customer drawings, mylars and sketches.
• Good working knowledge of internal procedures and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and documents to validate compliance with work orders and customer requirements.
• Enter data and notes into the Work Order Tracking System.
• Document Nonconforming Material per Quality System Requirements.
• Assist in identifying deficiencies and prevent recurrence.
• Perform sampling inspections and adhesion testing as required.
• Maintain housekeeping in inspection areas and use calibrated tools as needed.
