Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in providing patient care.
• Must hold CMA-A Level III certification per OSHD.
• CNA certification required in good standing per Oklahoma health rules.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Chart observations and patient conditions as directed.
• Escort patients to destinations and maintain a safe environment.
• Order, receive and store supplies; perform basic clerical tasks.
• Support follow-up activities and appointment scheduling.
• Recruit at-risk individuals for health services as needed.
• Perform other duties aligned with patient care and agency ops.
