Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a healthcare clerical/bed board role preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage charting functions to support patient care delivery.
• Perform patient access tasks including bed assignments and updating bed board.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and direct calls as needed.
• Initiate and organize patient medical records for discharge and review by providers.
