Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts (7:00pm to 7:30am) in California. The role requires active CA RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, and an ADN or higher, with 1 year acute care experience preferred.

The candidate will assist with patient care in a high-acuity environment and support invasive procedures. The position includes a 12-hour night shift with weekend rotation and a sign-on bonus based on experience.

Qualifications

• CA RN license required in California.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Dysrhythmia interpretation training or demonstrated competency.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Administer IV medications safely and accurately.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient health assessments and document findings.
• Communicate with physicians and team to coordinate care.
• Supervise and mentor LVNs, CNAs, and students as assigned.
• Maintain accurate patient records and care plans.
• Manage invasive lines and critical care equipment and assist procedures.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to staff as needed.
