Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate care across units and with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with ANA Code of Ethics, Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Promote patient safety and nurse-driven quality improvement initiatives.
• Support staff through mentoring, education, and shared leadership.
