Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Midnight shift to lead and coordinate patient care on a telemetry/progressive care unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and communicate essential information to the health care team and patients' families.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Michigan RN licensure, ACLS certification, and 1–2 years of related nursing experience (telemetry preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
• 1–2 years recent clinical nursing experience.
• Telemetry experience/knowledge preferred.
• 2 years RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• Communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team and participates in solving variances from patient goals.
