Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following site procedures and notify contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity and document accordingly.
