Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points; verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify site contacts and leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, docks, yards, parking, and perimeter locations.
• Observe activity for access-control compliance and support orderly traffic flow.
