Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures.
• Monitor and control access to facilities by verifying credentials and registrations.
• Maintain accurate access-control records and incident reports per site procedures.
• Respond calmly and professionally to access incidents and alarms, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify irregular conditions.
