Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify identification, credentials, visitor registrations, and authorization requirements.
• Operate access-control systems, maintain accurate visitor and contractor records, issue and recover credentials, report discrepancies.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, restricted areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
