Job summary

Allied Universal in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Credential Administration to protect a manufacturing and industrial site. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, and deliver strong customer service while patrolling and maintaining security records.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to work nights, and adherence to safety and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required per policy.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check may be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while enforcing site access controls.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue badges, and maintain access records.
• Control vehicle, delivery, and contractor access per procedures to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents, alarms, and emergencies following protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking, and perimeter; report security concerns.
