Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer – Access Control Driver in Ontario, CA. You will provide customer service, manage access points, verify credentials, and support a secure, welcoming environment.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a night schedule at a retail distribution site. Pay is $20 per hour, with shifts on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and team members by carrying out access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and issue badges or passes as directed, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Inspect inbound and outbound vehicle, trailer, and delivery documentation in accordance with site procedures, escalating discrepancies to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with Allied Universal leadership and site management as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
