As a US FOODS Night Warehouse Selector, you will prepare customer orders, prioritize safety, and work as a team to deliver accurate, damage-free orders. Our success is based on our cultural pillars, work ethic, collaboration, and service.

Current Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 3:30 pm until orders are complete

Charlotte Flex Schedules: Flex schedules are not guaranteed and depend on availability after 5 weeks, with options including 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day workweeks.

Possible schedules:

• *5-day workweek (2 days off)
• *4-day workweek (3 days off)
• *3-day workweek (4 days off)

What you bring:

• Ability to read and communicate in English for training, safety, and reporting
• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday
• Weekend and holiday work may be required
• Recent experience in high endurance or physically demanding roles preferred
• Experience with large-scale order picking and equipment operation preferred

Physical requirements:

Work in environments from -5°F to over 100°F, lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 20-80+ lbs, moving over 1,000 cases per shift.

Compensation varies based on experience, skills, location, and other factors, with a base rate between $19.83 and $31.00. Additional incentives and premiums may apply.
