Main Responsibilities:

As a US FOODS Charlotte Night PIR Selector, you will prepare customer orders, prioritize safety, and work as a team to ensure accurate and damage-free deliveries. Your role is vital to our success, reflecting our core values of work ethic, collaboration, and service.

Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday, 3:30 pm until orders are complete.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and communicate in English for training, safety, and operational purposes.
• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
• Recent experience (within past 6 months) in physically demanding roles preferred.
• Experience with large-scale order selection and operating warehouse equipment preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Work in environments ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly, moving over 1,000 cases per shift.

Compensation varies based on experience, education, skills, location, and other factors. The base pay range is approximately $23.83 to $27.00 per hour. Role-specific benefits may include freezer premium when applicable.
