As a US FOODS Night Warehouse Selector, you will prepare customer orders, ensuring safety and accuracy. Your efforts support our success based on our pillars of culture, work ethic, collaboration, and service.

Current Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 3:30 pm until orders are complete.

Charlotte Flex Schedules: Not guaranteed, based on availability after 5 weeks. Options may include 3, 4, or 5-day workweeks, including nights and weekends.

What You Bring:

• Ability to read and communicate in English
• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Recent experience in high endurance or physical roles preferred
• Experience with warehouse order picking and equipment operation preferred

Physical Requirements: Working in multi-temperature environments, lifting 20-80+ lbs., moving 1,000+ cases per shift.

Compensation varies based on experience and skills; the base rate ranges from $19.83 to $31.00. Additional incentives and premiums may apply.
