Job summary

Dinasty Security in Vernon, CA is seeking a Security Supervisor - Graveyard to lead a team of guards during night shifts, inspect performance, and ensure safety across multiple client sites. You will supervise field operations, review punctuality, uniform standards, and reporting, while upholding integrity and respect.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive attitude to manage scheduling, investigations, and daily patrols.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• CA Driver License with clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Lead/Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate company policies and procedures to subordinates.
• Inspect uniforms/equipment/punctuality/performance of subordinates.
• Conduct daily visits to client locations using company vehicle.
• Assist with scheduling to fill open shifts and cover openings.
• Assist upper management with investigations.
• Train guards and develop route/patrol plans.
• Assist with timesheets and patrol checks of the guards.
• Report to Operations Manager.
• Uphold discipline, professionalism, respect.
