Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor for our corporate site in Nashville, TN. You will supervise a security team on the night shift (Mon-Fri, 10pm-6am) and coordinate with account management to ensure top-tier service.

Requirements include 2+ years in security or related fields, supervisory experience, and a high school diploma or higher. CPR/First Aid and armed-taser qualifications preferred or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently and ensure customer service excellence.
