Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years casino, tribal, or law enforcement security experience.
• At least 6 months of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Proven ability to respond to emergencies and resolve guest or personnel conflicts professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical, security, or behavioral incidents in real time and coordinate with responders.
• Lead onboarding and training efforts, including de-escalation and SOPs.
• Conduct patrols of casino floor, hotel, parking areas, and surrounding property.
• Supervise shift coverage; adjust posts based on call-outs and priorities.
• Review incident reports and logs; provide feedback to management.
• Coordinate with Surveillance, Hotel, Slots, Gaming, and other departments as needed.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and model professional guest service.
