Qualifications

• Ability to provide customer service and screen visitors professionally.

Responsibilities

• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and deliveries per access-control procedures.
• Verify credentials and direct authorized individuals appropriately.
• Monitor entry points and screening equipment; escalate concerns per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; assist emergency response when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols; document observations and report security concerns.
