Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Sioux Falls, SD. You will perform armed/unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment while complying with company policy and safety requirements.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate clearly. Shifts include daytime and overnight hours at a food and beverage location.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service and follow site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms per procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas and grounds.
• Monitor entry/exit and verify authorized personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized personnel and visitors.
• Maintain accurate logs and shift communications with leadership.
