Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• Experience with access control systems and badge management is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet; ability to navigate software and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations for site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, and perimeters to identify unusual activity or security concerns.
• Monitor access by observing entry/exit, verifying credentials, and reporting unauthorized access attempts.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports and maintain professional presence in a fast-paced environment.
