Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while conducting security-related procedures and adhering to site policies.
Respond to incidents calmly and communicate observations to appropriate site contacts.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including adjacent areas and parking lots.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor and vehicle logs in accordance with site procedures.
Report unusual conditions, hazards, damaged equipment, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
