Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and event participants while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; report unusual conditions or incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally following established protocols.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain communication with supervision and responders.
